Debra E. Parker, CPA Debbie Parker graduated from West Chester University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). She is a past president of the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter of the NJSCPA. After beginning her pubic accounting career in the Philadelphia office of Peat Marwick Mitchell& Co. Debbie joined Tracey Heun Brennan & Company in June of 1980. She became a partner in the firm in 1984. Debbie is the partner in charge of the firm's tax department, and also supervises and reviews most of the commercial work in the Linwood office. In 1990 she was appointed by the Governor as the first female CPA to serve on the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy.
