David I. Waddington, CPA Dave Waddington graduated from Rutgers University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He has been a Certified Public Accountant licenses by the State of New Jersey since 1989.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accounts. Dave manages the firm’s Toms River office. Dave has a broad background in commercial taxation and accounting with an emphasis on tax management, fringe benefits, technology, and financial and estate planning.  After becoming partner in 1992 he established the firm’s pension consulting practice.  This area of practice concentrates on the design, implementation, and administration of pension and employee benefit plans for firm clients.  Dave has served in various capacities in the local New Jersey CPA society chapter and chapter charitable fund raising.  He was most recently active in the Northfield-Linwood Kiwanis club and served in various positions for that organization.  He was also the former Treasurer for the Northfield-Linwood Kiwanis Scholarship Foundation.                                         dwaddington@venture21group.com
